"Having phoned all round Victoria looking for someone who would understand my needs, and not having any luck, I finally came across Mountain High. They not only allowed me to take Sheba directly to them, as apposed to just leaving her at a vet and waiting for up to a week, before her return, but took time to explain everything to my daughter and I.
A tour of their animal rescue centre with Gabbie helped ease our minds, the welfare of all animals is obviously their life. Several hours later, after lunch and coffee in Mansfield, a phone call had us return to Mountain High where Rick presented my daughter and I with a very appropriate carry bag containing a beautiful hand stained curved wooden box, whereupon opening the lid, exposed Sheba`s ashes in a neat and hygienic plastic bag, surrounded with potpourri. The name `SHEBA` printed on a small card, matching the carry bag, finished off a perfect day, if it had to happen at all !"
